Machining Department:

    PDQ Tooling has a well equipped machining department . This department  consist of CNC lathes, machining centers, manual lathes and vertical/horizontal milling machines. We are capable of turning a 20.0" diameter by 60.0" long and mill a 24.0" x 24.0" x 12.0" block .  We have the experience and knowledge to machine any type of steel along with exotic metals. If your tooling or component needs heat treated, we can produce any hardness that is required in house.
