Grinding Department:

     PDQ Tooling has a well equipped grinding department that offers a wide range of modern technology along with some manual machines.  This department consist of CNC Jig Grinders/Surface Grinders/Contour Grinder, manual ID/OD grinders, manual surface grinders, rotary grinder, and centerless grinder. This department is capable of grinding carbide, ceramic, steel and any other material you may have.  The general working tolerance is .0002".
