WEDM / EDM Department:

          PDQ Toolings EDM department is the most advanced area of our facility.  This department consist of Agie WEDM's , Sodick Sinkers, and Elox Sinkers.  The majority of material machined is carbide and tool steel, but we are capable of machining any material that conducts electricity. The heart of this department comes from our powerful CAD/CAM package call WEBER-PROMPT. This software has the ability to generate 5 axis of code.
