Finishing Department:

          Our Finishing/Inspection department is used mainly for polishing tool faces and final inspections. Most of our products produced require a 2-4 micron finish in certain areas. These areas are determined by the customer. Some of the equipment used to generate this finish are diamond compounds, high power microscopes, extrude hone machines, and lapping tools.  

      Every tool/part manufactured here at PDQ will be final inspected. The department consist of a CMM, Go Blocks, Mic's, Height Gages, Bore Gages, and surface tables. We take pride in our craftsmanship and monitor all products  by a Quality Assurance Procedure Manual.  If you would like to know more about the equipment, please select Equipment List from the side menu.
